Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed when an order cannot be started or delivered due to an issue on Nexloria's side.

Non-refundable cases

Completed deliveries, incorrectly submitted customer details, or policy violations are generally non-refundable.

Partial refunds

If an order is partially delivered and cannot be completed, a proportional refund may be issued.

Exchange transactions

Completed exchange transactions are final once funds are transferred to the destination method.
